£14.99 Standard International Postage

All orders placed with Financiary Limited will be dispatched within 3 business days from the date of the order, using the shipping method selected at checkout, except for pre-order products. Pre-order items will be shipped no sooner than one calendar day before the manufacturer’s scheduled release date to ensure they reach you by the release date. We strictly adhere to this policy and will not ship pre-order items earlier than specified.

Orders will be shipped via Amazon Logistics.

Liability for Lost/Delayed/Misrouted Orders

In the event an order is delayed as per the delivery standards set by Amazon Logistics, Financiary Limited will refund the full shipping cost in accordance with our Refund Policy. If an order is either lost or misrouted, Financiary Limited will initiate an investigation with Amazon Logistics.

An order will be considered lost if it has not been delivered to the intended address by the end of the tenth working day after its expected delivery date, as per Amazon Logistics' definition of a lost delivery. This is unless there is evidence available that demonstrates the order has not been lost. In such cases, Financiary Limited will either refund the full value of the order or arrange for a replacement order to be sent to you, subject to stock availability. Alternatively, with your prior agreement, we may send replacement items of equivalent value if the original items are no longer available.
